a) Poor cleaning of the old phosphating line during process switching

During the long-term use of phosphating, a large amount of phosphating slag has been accumulated, and there is a large amount of phosphating slag in the tank, circulating pump, nozzle and pipeline. During the process switching, if the phosphating slag is not cleaned, the residual phosphating slag will easily affect the parameters of the ceramic bath after switching to the ceramic process, bringing potential risks to the pre-treatment production process.

b) Confirmation of equipment material of the old phosphating line during process switching

When the phosphating process is switched, the equipment material needs to be confirmed. The main objects to be confirmed are the phosphating process, including the material of the tank body, the material of the circulating pump, the material of the circulating pipeline and the material of the spraying channel

c) Antirust treatment between processes after process switching

The reaction mechanism of the ceramic process is different from that of the phosphating process. The ceramic coating is very thin and its thickness is only 10% of the thickness of the phosphating film. It has higher requirements on the metal surface before ceramic treatment. The metal surface before ceramic treatment should be free of any rust and oil stain. In the practical application process of ceramic technology, it is often due to various reasons that rust returns between processes, affecting the quality of ceramic film forming and the final coating quality.
